7. Booking Fees and Cancellation Policy
Session fees for all services provided are clearly displayed on the booking page and include GST. When booking your appointment, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately to secure your session.
Cancellation Policy:
More Than 48 Hours’ Notice:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no additional charge. For cancellations, a full refund will be provided.Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice:
For cancellations or reschedules of a Discovery Call, a $30 fee will apply.
For in-clinic sessions, a $100 fee will be deducted from your prepaid session amount. The remaining balance can either be applied to a future appointment or refunded upon request.
Missed Appointments:
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be retained, and no refund will be issued. This includes Discovery Calls where two attempts were made to contact the provided phone number within 5 minutes of your booking time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Insight Hypnotherapy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
Unless otherwise indicated, we own or licence all rights, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in our Site and all of the Content. Your use of our Site and your use of and access to any Content does not grant or transfer to you any rights, title or interest in relation to our Site or the Content. You must not:

We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies and Merchants. In addition, when you make certain purchases through our Site or its Content, you may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of a payment processing company, Merchant or us that specifically apply to your purchase. You acknowledge that Insight Hypnotherapy does not offer refunds for any portion of payment for our products, services, or programs. All sales are final, and no refunds will be given for any reason.
